Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This page provides an overview of our Data Processing Agreement terms and how to request a signed copy. The DPA is designed to address applicable data protection laws and to set out the respective obligations of the parties for the processing of personal data in connection with use of the Platform.

Requesting a DPA

To request a copy for signature, contact your account manager or email info@dropcowboy.com. Provide your legal entity name, address, and authorized signatory details. If you require bespoke terms, include your redlines with references to applicable legislation.

Definitions & precedence

Capitalized terms have the meanings set out in the DPA. If there is a conflict between the DPA and other terms, the DPA will govern to the extent of the conflict with respect to processing of personal data. The DPA forms part of and is subject to the Terms of Service.
