Drop Cowboy + Zapier

Setting Up Trigger

(Search Apps and Choose your Trigger Application, for this example I chose Pipedrive and New Deal)

Connect Account - Allow Zapier to access you Pipedrive’s API Key.

This key can usually be found within your portal of any software you use that is integrated with Zapier.

Link Account and Click Add Step on left to configure Drop Cowboy’s Action

Choose Action/Search on the left-hand side

• Click Drop Cowboy

  

• Click Send Voicemail - Save and Continue

  

• Click Connect Account

  

• Log Into your Drop Cowboy Account and Click API Underneath the My Account Tab on the Top Right of Your Portal

  

• Copy Team ID and Secret (Note: Click in EYE icon to expose Secret Code)

  

• Paste Both Team ID and Secret into Zapier and Click Yes, Continue

  

• Click Save + Continue

  

• Setting Up Drop Cowboy

  Click the + Sign on the right hand side and Choose “Phone Number” this will be the field that phone numbers are placed into the software you are connecting with Drop Cowboy.

  Note: If phone number doesn’t exist for software you set up please map the section you chose to have your leads phone numbers loaded into, this will let Drop Cowboy know to read this section and send ringless voicemail to this number.

  

• Caller ID

  Type what ever caller ID you would like displayed on missed call and voicemail.

  Note: This is the number recipients will be calling you back on.

  

• Recording

  Select recording you would like to send for this particular Zap, remember you are able to create and send different Ringless Voicemail for multiple stages and processes for your business by following these same instructions for another process.

  Note: Recordings need to be recorded in your Drop Cowboy account first, make sure you label them properly, so you are able to choose the correct recording within Zapier.

  

• Click Continue

• Test your Zap

• Once everything is good turn your zap on, you can double check that your zap is on my heading to your main dashboard and clicking My Zaps. Locate your Zap and make sure you toggled the button on the right to the on position which will highlight in green.
