Zoom

Create the Zoom meeting, then text the join link

A booked appointment, inbound SMS, or campaign outcome creates a Zoom meeting and texts the join link. Zoom stays the room. Drop Cowboy sends.

Automations is the hub

Zoom does not start this automation. A Drop Cowboy appointment, inbound SMS, or campaign creates the Zoom meeting, then texts the join link. Zoom stays the room.

Drop Cowboy creates and updates Zoom meetings from its own events, then can text the join link. It does not watch Zoom for meeting ended or no-show.
