Unlimited calling minutes - Dialer seats include up to 24 hours of talk time per seat per day. Usage exceeding 24 hours per day is billed at your messaging plan's per-message rate (1 message = 1 minute of talk time).

Compliance & carrier fees - Compliance fees of $0.0031 per message apply. SMS campaigns require registration with The Campaign Registry and incur additional monthly fees based on use case. IVR and forwarded calls billed at $0.15 (US & CAN) and $0.30 (international) per call. Mimic AI™ voice cloning billed at $0.005 per 100 characters.

Throughput & quiet hours - Usage-based plans are limited to 120,000 messages per hour per campaign. All messaging and calling limited to TCPA quiet hours (8am-9pm local time).

Billing - Plus applicable taxes. Unused funds roll over month to month. Message overage is billed at your plan's per-message rate. All plans auto-renew monthly for your convenience and can be cancelled anytime. Unused message credits roll over month to month, so you never lose what you've paid for.
