Pricing and choosing a plan

Drop Cowboy® pricing has two parts. A messaging plan pays for campaigns, such as ringless voicemail and texts. A dialer seat pays for each person who makes calls, and you can have either one or both.

Messaging plans
Each plan is a monthly amount that goes onto your balance as credit. Every voicemail or text you send draws from that balance at your plan's rate. Larger plans pay a lower rate on every send.

Each send also carries a compliance fee of $0.0039. The voicemails per month column already includes it.
- Launchpad is $75 a month, at $0.049 per voicemail and $0.051 per text. It is available only together with dialer seats.
- Pay As You Go has no monthly amount. Each voicemail or text costs $0.099 plus the compliance fee, and it needs at least one dialer seat.
- Unused balance rolls over to the next month.
- When your balance runs low, add funds or turn on Auto-Recharge. Added funds are spent at your plan's rate.
- Plans are month to month, renew automatically, and can be cancelled anytime.
Estimate what a campaign costs
Multiply the number of sends by your plan's rate plus the $0.0039 compliance fee. Use the text rate for texts.
- 100 voicemails on Momentum cost about $4.29. The rest of the $125 stays on your balance for your next campaigns.
- 5,000 voicemails a month fit in Accelerator, which covers up to 7,598.
- 20,000 voicemails a month fit in Pro, which covers up to 21,834.
- 50,000 voicemails a month fit in Velocity, which covers up to 52,910.
- 100,000 or more messages a month, or 15 or more callers, call for enterprise pricing. Contact sales for a quote.
Pick the smallest plan whose voicemails per month cover a normal month for you. If one month runs bigger, add funds instead of moving up a plan.
Dialer seats
Each person who makes calls needs a seat, priced per person per month. The pricing page and the app use different names for the same seats.

Every seat includes the inbox for texts, email and chat. Add a messaging plan when the team also sends campaigns.
A bundle is a messaging plan plus Auto Dialer seats at their regular prices, with no extra discount. Momentum with one Auto Dialer seat is $224 a month. See Bundle pricing.
With your own carrier (BYOC), ringless voicemail starts at $0.006 per send, with no compliance fee. Your carrier bills you for its own service. Trial and refunds
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. It lets you try calling, texting and the inbox within daily limits, and verifying your business raises those limits. Ringless voicemail campaigns need a paid messaging plan.
