Refund Policy
Except for the 24-hour satisfaction guarantee described above, all fees paid are non-refundable. Any refunds are at Drop Cowboy's sole discretion. Platform wallet balances, usage fees, monthly subscription charges, and any third-party carrier fees are not refundable.
Eligibility
- Guarantee applies only to the initial purchase on a new account and must be requested within 24 hours of that purchase.
- Refund amount is limited to the lesser of the original purchase price or $125.
- One guarantee refund per customer and per organization.
- Fees incurred due to carrier policies, throughput decisions, or campaign rejections are not refundable.
- Wallet top-ups, renewals, add-ons, and subsequent purchases are not eligible.
- Accounts found in violation of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible.
How to request
Submit refund requests within 24 hours of your initial purchase to info@dropcowboy.com or via in-app chat. Include your account email, invoice number, purchase date/time, and reason for the request.
Cancellations
Your monthly subscription renews automatically on the same calendar date each month as the original purchase. To avoid the next renewal, cancel at least five (5) business days before your renewal date via account settings, by contacting support at info@dropcowboy.com, phone at 1-855-550-1992, or web chat. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
